Abstract

The paper shows the value of education and self-education modern humanistic psychology and pedagogy are consider edprime importan cefor the development of selfand harmonious development of personality. Based on asurvey of teachers and psychologist sanalyzes the selfin schools, the difficulties and problems that impedeself-organization, and identify the main solutions. Reveals the requirements forteaching staff who must implement pedagogical leader ship self-education.
Suggested that determining the cause of under development in the process ofself-educationins titutionis the psychological unpreparedness of teachers, the irlack of know ledgein this area, the reluctance and in ability to organize the process. Been belief that the activ eintroduction of selfin modern school practice essary changes in training and retraining ofteachers, in cluding the introduction of courses that would help pedagogical workers master the basics of complex human nature on the basis of modern science, a deep knowledge of psychology and pedagogy skills of practical spiritua litymethod sand techniques of self-know ledge and self-improvement.
