FORMATION OF PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT QUALITIES OF POLICE OF TRAINS SUPPORT UNIT IN THE COURSE OF THEIR ACTIVITIES

The article raises questions of formation of professionally important qualities of police of trains support unit in the course of their official duties, the impact of factors on the efficiency of the quality of law enforcement services, the methods of professional selection and training of trains support units personnel in the context of railway reform and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
With regard to the actual transport police professionals a complex scientific task is forming a professionally important quality of police of trains support unit during their training and employment. The solution to this problem is complicated by the tension between the new requirements for qualification of personnel and traditional levels of training, which is often provided by outdated teaching aids. In a real system rapidly relationship required a permanent record of technological, economic, social and psychological characteristics of activity, so as specific issues in professional development (but not separate from it) have problems of professional competence, preparedness and readiness to professional choices and activities.
Professional selection of transport police personnel involved in the railway service is considered from two complementary sides – firstly, by identifying professional life as the subject of consistency and profession; secondly, as a means of determining personal potential in the effectiveness of professional training and development. Using psychological situational training (video training) as an active form of training the police of trains support unit in the course of employment under front of regular instructional and classroom training with performance contributes to professionally important qualities and willingness to correct interaction with passengers, the development of personal potential employees, increases professional competence of police officers, their effectiveness and quality of passenger service in the context of law enforcement services.
