DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION OF EMPLOYEES OF «102» AS A PSYCHOLOGICAL DETERMINANT OF PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY AND OPTIMIZING SERVICE ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the psychological characteristics of communication in professional work of employees of «102». Attention is paid to the effective communication of this category of police. Theoretical considerations and requests in carried communication activities are analyzed. The main categories of the citizens who ask for help are investigated. The basic conditions and factors that should be considered for the process of effective communication between police and citizens in order to develop professional identity and optimizing service activities are proposed.
Professional communication is a part of the professional activity of the police workers irrespective of their specialization. Public telephone counseling is an indispensable part of communication of employees of «102». Servicing activity of the bodies of internal affairs workers is based on the communicative relationship.
Under the present conditions an urgent demand in the development, organization and creating the forms and methods of the psychological training of the police workers for the effective relationship with the law breakers, sound decision of official functions which is possible at the respective communicative competency level, forming the competency to communicative in everyday and extreme situation appears. The communicative activity as a process of the specific peculiarities which to some extent perceive each other, relate to one another, exchange information are revealed by some authors.
The peculiarities of the interpersonal cooperation in any community are stipulated to a great extent by the way the members apprehend and understand one another, what emotional response is arisen and what type of behavior is taken. Prevention of unacceptable situations and overcoming the negative tendencies in the professional communication needs special attention. For instance, some special trainings are very helpful; they train law enforcers for the special professional communication, which makes it easier to acquire functional role play positions in the professional activity.
