Abstract

The author of this article points to the characteristic features of mass events, which differ by the high risk potential, and the possible threats connected with the organization and the course of the UEFA EURO-2012 Football Cup. The article also deals wih the spheres and principles of the joint action of the Polish and Ukrainian police in the context of guaranteeing the safety of its participants.
