PSYCHOLOGICAL PREPARATION OF THE POLICE IN TERMS OF REFORMING THE SYSTEM OF THE INTERIOR

Abstract

In article optimize staff training, especially management, systemic change in the legal regulation of performance and social security police. use training techniques, rapid and flexible response to the urgent needs of practical units and psychologists involved in working groups and special operational headquarters operations that need to be supported today. The work of the police psychological service based on the principles of voluntarism, humanism, legality, scientific. Assistance is provided to employees as needed; Service focuses on voluntary desire of customers to consult. The main principles of psychological services and the police are confidential. Information and counseling people who asked for help, were not disclosed, regulated by norms of criminal law. Police Psychological Service Bavaria provides training to improve the skills of employees on general and applied psychology; seminars on the organizational structure of the police occupation of pedagogy and didactics for teachers beginners workshops on legal psychology, training of trainers, training in rhetoric for press officers, seminars and training on working with the media to department managers and press officers, personal coaching for managers, organizing activities mediators to resolve conflicts that arise in police departments. Achieving optimal performance of Internal Affairs provides research, analysis and synthesis of the accumulated experience of law enforcement around the world. It is clear that learning and links to international experience does not mean its immediate implementation in practice. However, an analysis of individual activities and approaches, techniques and methods, particularly in staffing training staff of psychological support service activities can be effectively used in the internal affairs of Ukraine.
