INTRODUCTION OF GENETICALLY-PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING COMMUNICATIVE AND REFLECTIVE APPROACH IN TRAINING POLICE OFFICERS

Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of introducing genetically-psychological training communicative and reflective approach in training police officers. Notes that the main advantage of the training is to develop an integrated system of skills such as organization of positive interpersonal interaction in the community; assimilation of new knowledge about future profession, developing skills and abilities performing various kinds of educational activities in standard and nestereotypnyh educational situations; imparting of skills to think critically and creatively in solving professional problems; analysis and selection of educational activities in educational situations; the personality judgments, estimates of future profession; and skills in the team.
The main blocks developed communicative and reflective training, based on genetic and psychological conceptual approaches (development, self-improvement, as samopidsylennya amplification, etc.) and focused on qualitative intensification of positive interaction.
GPTCR as a unique way to «reprogram» existing in the individual model control their own behavior and activity is the synthesis of a methodical complex semantic components are: thematic discussion (dialogue, polylogue), lecture-seminar, group discussion, psycho games psihodramatichesky games and exercises, introspection, relaxation, psyhohimnastyka, auditory training, support art therapy methods and so on.
In terms of training play typical and crisis situations nominal (actual) interaction with the population of GPTCR, which should run in an atmosphere of responsible and frank interaction partner interactions, using communicative and perceptual means development exercises, games and more efficient forms of expression, is becoming and development of important traits like communicative, reflexivity, creativity, empathy, self-criticism and so on.
In the professional life of police communication is not embodied in any process or activity independent form and included in individual or group practice, which can neither arise nor place without intensive and versatile communication.
Therefore there is a great need for communicative and reflective training to address the problem of communicative situations.
This – adequate means of forming reflective environment, providing integrated self subject in situations of uncertainty and unpredictability. Upon completion of all cycles of the training program the participants GPTCR produced a number of skills, namely to enter into contact; ask questions, to talk, to stimulate partner to change his position, offers, listen and understand what is meant by a partner, accept that the partner could not express hint to your partner that he heard and understood, so – it needed and formulated; ability to inhibit emotional tension in conversation or argument and thus prevent psycho-emotional and cognitive conflicts. They can add many other positive prosotsialno skills, able to intensify interaction.
