In the article the features of employee career development as a necessary component of personal and professional development of the individual. Noted that career – the trajectory of their professional development, man builds itself, based on its own expertise, their own goals, motives, desires and installation. Important in the formation and management of future employee career development with motivational aspects.
Career – more intrinsically motivated than externally stimulated personal phenomenon of human activity. When the desire to understand the motivation, attitudes, aspirations, goals, interests and attitudes to work. However, the main motive is to consider as motivation for professional activity, caused by human needs, without pleasure which she feels uncomfortable and seeks to overcome it. The actual prospect of self-identity, its formation is the development of a professional career inclinations.
Career orientation seen as a strategy of self concretized young man. One of the important aspects of professional development is a conscious career planning that affects professional growth and human development. Individual career planning process begins with identifying employees of their needs, interests and potential, based on what the organization from the perspectives of personal data and objective with the main career goals .
Then, on their own or with the help of the manager and after consultation with the specialist of Personnel determined variants promotion, both in our own firm and abroad and the necessary measures. Striving for employee career development is a necessary component of personal and professional development of the individual.
The concept of a career can not only connect with the work, we can talk about a career as an occupation, activity.
