PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF SEX SPECIFIC CAREER ORIENTATIONS OF STUDENTS

The article analyzes the results of empirical studies of sex differences in career orientations of students. By considering a career as subjectively aware of own judgment about their individual future employment, expected ways of expression and job satisfaction.
The study found that for women to achieve professional, career success important to support family and friends, high professional level, good health. And for men – health, education, teamwork.
Factorization of the data made it possible to explicate 5 factors, namely: «focus on management activities», «gender», «stability in the integration of lifestyles», «sex role of youth», «serving the interests of society» and «professional competence».
This shows the importance of students in the life business, management, stabilization and sustainable characteristics.
Thus, an understanding of the business, self-motivation, an opportunity to arrange your career, focus on professional self-development, communication with friends and respect the environment determine the main components of career orientations of students.
Thus, we can conclude that society usually portrayed career orientation that gender stereotypes associated with inherent and specific masculine or feminine directional personalities.
The article can affirmatively say that gender differences are caused only by biological, social or psychological factors. In our view, the role of gender affects a huge number of external and internal factors from birth. We know that we follow, playing in some vital games. Therefore, every step forward, these frameworks are becoming increasingly blurred and gender differences are not so great, as is commonly believed.
