PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SUCCESS AT BUSINESS AND CEREER

The article is devoted to the study of psychological characteristics of the achievement of success at business and career; singles out motivational factors of success achievement; the qualities of successful personality are suggested; the comparative characteristics of successful and unsuccessful individuals is presented. The author characterizes a number of approaches to the study of professional career planning as a key to success. According to scientific fields, the author analyzes approaches to the study of career in psychology. The relationship between professional career and personal professionalism is presented.
The typology of notions of success depending on the type of responsibility is examined. Existing in the society fixed ideas about success and successful person, your ideal images of perfect success and prototypes of successful personality are revealed.
The article presents the qualities of successful in business personality: the power of desire, a powerful internal momentum, justified optimism, openness to real facts, competence over time, dedication, charisma, risk appetite, feeling of changes, responsibility and morality, high spirituality, clarity of thought and no alternative, rational attitude to money, self-realization in business, democracy and modesty, uniqueness.
It is proved that an important part of success in business is trust. Business partner that is not trusted – is unreliable, dishonest, closed in communication, incompetent, disloyal, unpredictable partner. The extent and role of interpersonal trust in business is important.
It is singled out that individual professional career combines success in his work with the stages of personal development, including all aspects of life. It is mentioned that psychologically career perspective is closely associated with individual professionalism. The author highlightes the stages of the process of personality professional formation based on the best known periods of human development as a subject of work.
