PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE DYNAMICS OF SOME CHARACTERISTICS OPTIMIZATION OF PEDAGOGICAL INTERACTION

In the article the author introduces the concept of genetic communicative and reflective psychological training proves its effectiveness. Empirical data demonstrate a positive psychological impact of genetic communicative and reflective training on refleksiynosti characteristics, psychological protection of the individual, psychological difficulties of communication in the context of teacher interaction.
According to the results of the molding experiment, as a result of the implementation of the program of genetic-psychological communicative-reflexive training, we received positive results in the indicators of values, empathy, intellectual, reflexive, protective and mastering components of optimal pedagogical interaction.
Necessary target changes are fixed at the empirical level and confirm the expediency of engaging the author’s program not only as a powerful means for optimizing pedagogical interaction, but also for all personal psychogenesis. The impact of the training was quite clearly reflected on the peculiarities of using the system of coping strategies by participants in the training program. Implementation of the program developed by the author of the genetic-psychological communicative-reflexive training generally leads to the necessary target changes that are fixed at the empirical level and confirm the expediency of its engagement not only as a powerful means of optimizing pedagogical interaction, but also for all personal psychogenesis.
