АCMEOGRAPH OF PRACTICAL PSYCHOLOGIST OF THE CIVIL SERVICE OF UKRAINE ON EXTRAORDINARY SITUATIONS

Abstract

The article analyzes the acmeogram of the practical psychologist of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations. The description of the conditions of activity, psychophysiological and psychological professional qualities of specialists, features of activity, contraindications to the profession are described. The basis for the task of the psychological support service is defined: psychodiagnostic – educational-vocational guidance, psychoprophylaxis, psycho-correction. The stress factors of activity in extreme conditions are determined: death of people, work with relatives of victims, unpredictability of circumstances, emotional burnout, communication with journalists, shortage of time for decision making, inability to rest, constant nervous-psychic tension. The classification of the most stable and stable properties of the psychologists of the DNS of Ukraine is developed, which includes three classes of separate elements of professionally important qualities: cognitive, characterological and motivational. Established a wide range of profiling individual-psychological qualities: the pace of reactions; internal motivation; cognitive activity; volitional efforts; prognosticance of own activity; initiative; values; creativity; self-esteem; autonomy; spontaneity; autosympathy; communication; flexibility of communication; emotional stability; subjugation restraint; diplomacy; self-control; courage; well-developed properties of verbal thinking, attention and memory, adequate protective compensatory mechanisms. There are also negative qualities that reduce the success of professional activity: excessive or low communicability; rigidity; anxiety impulsiveness; lack of autosympathy, autonomy and self-actualization; emotional instability; cowardice lack of significance of the result of activity; indirect (manipulative) actions; propensity to rivalry; negativism; lack of optimism (feelings of hopelessness); external non-procedural motivation; motivation to avoid failures; low intelligence.
