SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF PERSONALITY’S CULT PSYCHICAL DEPENDENCE

Abstract

The author’s conception of social and psychological mechanisms of cult psychical dependence of a personality is given in the article. In the basis of the conception there is the thesis about the existence of general social and psychological mechanism, which causes addiction of all types. The social and psychological resources of exploitation in destructive totalitarian organizations are defined, such as subjective interpretation of facts in the process of social cognition, the problem social adaptation of personality, individual defects of personality and psyches, consequences of harmful strategies of domestic education.
