РSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF DISTANCE EDUCATION IN OUT-OF-SCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to a topical issue of researching the pedagogical conditions for the development and preservation of the system of extracurricular education in the current conditions of military rule in Ukraine. The peculiarities of the organization of distance learning in an out-of-school education institution were studied, a model and method of its implementation was developed on the example of the activity of the Children's and Youth Creativity Center of Halychyna (Lviv). The relevance of the study is justified by the realities of today, which arose during the pandemic in the world and the beginning of the war with Russia in Ukraine. Here, more than ever, it is becoming more and more exciting to make the right and productive managerial decisions in solving the difficult situation of distance learning organization in the field of extracurricular activities, where previously it was not even considered possible to implement distance learning. The continuity of the educational process of children and youth in the expansion and deepening of their knowledge, development of creative, scientific and technical, sports abilities, regardless of all the complexities of the life situation that arose in Ukraine in 2019–2023, is significant. The effectiveness of the organization of the conditions for the implementation of distance learning of extracurricular education as an integral and important component of the education system of Ukraine was investigated experimentally according to the defined criteria, indicators and means.
