The study is devoted to the study of psycho-emotional stress of managers of various levels in conditions of martial law and to the assessment of the effectiveness of the psychological and managerial program aimed at the development of their professional and personal competencies. The relevance of the work is due to the increase in psycho-emotional stress, which creates high risks of chronic stress, emotional burnout, decreased mental health and efficiency of managerial activities. In modern conditions, managers are a key link in ensuring the stability, adaptation and continuity of the work of organizations, and their psycho-emotional state directly affects the quality of decisions made, the psychological climate in teams, the level of team cohesion and employee performance. Insufficient attention to the psycho-emotional risks of managers during crisis conditions emphasizes the need for scientific study and development of systemic support programs. The research methodology involved the practical implementation of a psychological and managerial program aimed at developing managerial, communicative and emotional-regulatory competencies, taking into account the psychological patterns of interaction in a team, individual characteristics, needs and motives of team members. The experiment involved 60 managers of various levels, who were divided into control and experimental groups. The results showed a statistically significant increase in the level of stress resistance, emotional intelligence, reflexivity, leadership and organizational qualities, which indicates the strengthening of professional competence and psychological potential of managers. The program provides the development of the ability to self-regulate, constructive conflict resolution, effective interaction with the team and the creation of a psychologically safe environment. The data obtained confirm the practical value of the program as a universal tool for increasing the effectiveness of managerial activities and professional growth of a modern manager in conditions of high psycho-emotional stress.
