Abstract

The article examines the features of managing enterprise competitiveness under conditions of increasing uncertainty in the external environment, characterized by instability of economic processes, dynamic changes in market conditions, and the growing role of human capital. It is substantiated that under such conditions traditional approaches to securing competitive advantages lose their effectiveness, which necessitates a reorientation of managerial decisions toward the development of teamwork, corporate culture, and leadership. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the role of effective team management, the development of corporate culture, and leadership in enhancing enterprise competitiveness under conditions of uncertainty. The study employs methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as systemic and structural-functional approaches, which made it possible to comprehensively examine the relationship between managerial factors and enterprise performance. The article determines that effective management of teamwork contributes to increased enterprise adaptability, improved quality of managerial decision-making, and a reduction in managerial risks. It is proven that team performance largely depends on the level of corporate culture development, which shapes shared values, behavioral norms, trust, and staff cohesion. It is substantiated that a developed corporate culture creates a favorable internal environment for realizing team potential and ensures enterprise resilience to external challenges. Particular attention is paid to the role of leadership in team management, which ensures strategic orientation of activities, effective communication, and staff motivation in times of change. Emphasis is placed on the importance of maintaining a balance between ensuring the physical safety of the team and applying administrative and psychological management methods as a prerequisite for stable and effective teamwork. It is concluded that the purposeful integration of teamwork development, corporate culture, and leadership forms a system of intangible competitive advantages of the enterprise and ensures an increase in its competitiveness under conditions of uncertainty.
