Abstract

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the influence of the risk management system on ensuring the personnel safety of an enterprise in the conditions of constant changes in the external environment and to determine management approaches to increasing the stability of the personnel potential. The object of the study is the process of ensuring the personnel safety of an enterprise under the influence of risk management mechanisms when changing the parameters of the external environment. The relevance of the topic arises due to the fact that a modern enterprise operates under such conditions of high uncertainty, labor market instability, increased competition for qualified personnel, digital transformation, migration processes, changes in labor legislation, the growth of cyber threats, and increased reputational risks. The work reveals the essence of the influence of the risk management system on ensuring the personnel safety of an enterprise in the conditions of constant changes in the external environment. It is substantiated that personnel safety in modern conditions is not only a functional component of personnel management, but also an important direction in the formation of the overall economic stability of the enterprise. It is proven that the instability of the labor market, increased competition for qualified employees, legal changes, technological transformations, information threats and socio-psychological challenges significantly increase the importance of timely identification and prevention of personnel risks. Particular attention is focused on the fact that the risk management system provides an opportunity not only to respond to existing negative phenomena, but also to form preventive mechanisms for protecting personnel potential through monitoring personnel threats, assessing the likelihood of their implementation, determining the consequences for the enterprise, as well as developing appropriate management decisions. The role of personnel monitoring, the formation of a personnel reserve, the development of professional competencies, internal communications, motivational policy and maintaining employee loyalty in the system of ensuring personnel security is highlighted.
