Abstract

Stress is an integral part of the work of law enforcement officers, especially during wartime, which can create significant challenges for mental health and job performance. Research on the psychological factors of developing stress resilience in law enforcement officers is becoming relevant for both the Ukrainian and international scientific communities. By analyzing internal and external factors that affect stress resilience, researchers study various aspects of the psychological state of law enforcement officers during armed conflict. In particular, methods of forming stress resilience and maintaining mental health among law enforcement officers are being examined, including through psychological training, counseling, and support programs. Ukrainian and international studies complement each other, creating a comprehensive approach to understanding and developing stress resilience in law enforcement officers during wartime. The research results can be useful for developing stress management programs and strategies for police officers and other law enforcement personnel both in Ukraine and other countries. The article examines the impact of psychological factors on the development of stress resilience in law enforcement officers during armed conflict, particularly in the context of the Ukrainian situation and international experience. The authors explore key aspects of mental health and responses to stressful situations encountered by military personnel and law enforcement officers in conditions of armed conflicts. The article analyzes methods and approaches to forming stress resilience in law enforcement officers at both national and international levels, noting initiatives taken by national and international organizations to enhance the psychological resilience of law enforcement officers during wartime. The research emphasizes the analysis of practical measures and programs aimed at supporting and developing the psychological resilience of law enforcement officers from both Ukrainian and international experiences. Overall, the article aims to expand the understanding of psychological factors that influence the stress resilience of law enforcement officers in wartime conditions and provide practical recommendations for improving it.
