Abstract

The review was prepared for the practical manual "Investigation of collaborative activities", the authors of which are Doctor of Law, Professor Ye. Pysmenskyi, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor S. Holovkin, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor A. Kovalenko and Candidate of Law, Professor V. Kovalenko. The practical manual is dedicated to the consideration of key issues that arise during the pre-trial investigation of collaborative activities (Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
