UTILIZING COACHING AND CONSULTING TECHNOLOGIES IN PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT TO ENHANCE THE EFFICIENCY OF BUSINESS PROCESSES, PROJECT AND INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES CONSIDERING THE IMPACT OF INDUSTRY 4.0

Through in-depth research, it has been demonstrated that the relevance of investigating the peculiarities of using technologies such as coaching and consulting in modern enterprise personnel management is clearly evident. The fact of increased digitalization and transition under the standards of Industry 4.0 adds further relevance. The structure of the article will include an in-depth review of literature, identification of key methods, illumination of the study’s objectives and tasks, presentation of key results, and a summary in the form of conclusions. The literature review showed that many theories and concepts, especially those concerning how the use of coaching and consulting technologies in personnel management can affect aspects of enhancing the efficiency of business processes, project, and innovative activities of enterprises considering the impact of Industry 4.0, are still not adequately explored, underscoring the relevance and significance of the chosen topic. Thus, following an in-depth literature review, our objective is to characterize the peculiarities of using coaching and consulting technologies in personnel management. A key task is to define directions for enhancing the efficiency of business processes, project and innovative activities of enterprises considering the impact of Industry 4.0. The essence and content of key concepts applied in the article are characterized. It has been established that coaching and consulting technologies in personnel management play an important role in modern enterprises as they are aimed at optimizing business processes and stimulating innovative activity through the development of employee potential. Coaching provides a personalized approach to learning and development for each team member, helping them define and achieve professional goals, thereby enhancing motivation and productivity. The importance of thorough analysis of industrial enterprises in the context of using coaching and consulting technologies in personnel management to enhance the efficiency of business processes, project and innovative activities of enterprises considering the impact of Industry 4.0 is proven. An author’s vision of a model for enhancing the efficiency of business processes, project and innovative activities of industrial enterprises through the integration of technologies based on coaching and consulting is formed.
