THE STRATEGY OF FORMATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONNEL OF ENTERPRISE

The article analyzes the main measures that will boost the efficiency of stuff and ensure effective indicators of the functioning of the enterprise. The focus is on the management of the staff of enterprise as a sophisticated control system that has certain constituent elements which are interconnected and interacting with each other. The authors reviewed the constituent of the integrated system of personnel management. The authors proved that human resources policy provides an opportunity to identify and substantiate the staffing strategy of enterprise, that is creating a model of ensuring strategic objectives regarding the management of the enterprise. It is a strategic enterprise management goals are consistent with the common strategic objectives of the enterprise of its mission, that provides high competitive ability of enterprise (it is the staff of the enterprise generates a certain level of enterprise competitiveness). It is noted that a strategic approach to personnel management and the development of the enterprise «Druk» is to provide a level of social and economic efficiency of personnel management, that will provide a high efficiency of production activities of the enterprise. In order to achieve this strategic goals, it is important to implement a number of tasks, which are outlined by the authors. Investigated the main directions of improving process management and strategy formation of organizational economic mechanism of management of development staff simulated enterprise «Druk».
