Abstract

The article investigates the theoretical design of organizational changes in the management structure. The assessment of the organization of work of departments of LLC Poma is carried out. The directions of organizational changes in connection with the transition to cooperation with legal entities and individuals, reducing the volume of activities. In the article methodical approach to the situational factors of formation of organizational structures (technology, environment, size of the company, the strategic choice of the company) and their main characteristics: complexity, range management (coverage, control, the norm of manageability), structuring (departmentalization), authority, formalization. Conclusions and suggestions are made: 1. Local ways of correcting certain shortcomings of the internal organizational structure of poma LLC. 2. A comprehensive solution to the negative impact of situational factors and all the shortcomings of the internal organizational structure of poma LLC. Further activity of LLC Poma demands continuous monitoring of safety of activity in an external environment and feedbacks according to the signed contracts with legal and physical business entrepreneurs.
