STRENGTHENING INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA USING AI

Abstract

It has been established that despite significant progress in the development of AI technologies, there is still a lack of works devoted specifically to the analysis of unstable and dynamically changing data, in particular price lists, databases, and reports. This creates prerequisites for an in-depth study of specific methods and models that can promptly respond to changes in indicators, provide correct recommendations and contribute to an increase in overall PP. It has been proved that the relevance of further scientific work in this area is due to the need to develop and test new approaches to automated analysis and management of pricing policy based on artificial intelligence. Examples from the Ukrainian banking sector are used to illustrate the practical application of AI, such as its use in credit scoring, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring – showing the sector’s readiness for digital transformation. It is substantiated that the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into public administration and investment will be important for increasing the transparency of financial transactions and building trust both among citizens and among domestic and foreign investors. It is proved that the introduction of AI in the field of public finance will allow for constant control over the spending of funds, detection of violations at the stage of planning or execution of budget operations, which will significantly reduce the risks of non-transparent use of public resources. The article also presents an original block diagram of AI integration into public administration and investment activities, outlining how AI can help track public funds, generate transparent reports, and improve the credibility of investment projects. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the integration of AI technologies into public finance and governance is not only a technological advancement but a strategic necessity. It contributes to strengthening public trust, increasing accountability, attracting domestic and foreign investments, and creating the institutional foundations for a transparent, stable, and resilient economy – key elements in Ukraine’s post-war recovery and sustainable development.
